Moving in the snow is not as fun as it looks! And it makes you feel bad if you ask friends for help! (: But we will remember this move..since it hopefully is our last...yep I have declared that moving stinks and I never want to move again!! In several years if I change my mind, I will make sure to read this post!! haha (: Thanks to all those who helped us! You all rock!!

A tree...a great snow...and festival of lights!
As we waited for ourhouse to close, we were at David's parents house. The kids and I put together the Christmas tree...and for what the kids knew...this was going to be our family tree for the year. It was decorated in teal and silver and was very pretty!

We finally got a GREAT snow! A snow that STUCK! We actually needed to shovel our driveways, but still not like all the snow we got back East! We had fun!!...especially the kids!

We had a great idea to go to the festival of lights in Boise at the Botanical Gardens. Our friends the Bryants decided to join us. Things I did not think of...it snowed and was freezing, it was at night, and we were going to be outside. The will of wanting to go was greater than common sense this year. lol (:
After we warmed up...
...we made Gingerbread houses...well we made graham cracker houses. We had a great time! I love doing this at Christmas time, and the kids always take pride in their homes! (: Thank goodness for Winco and their candy bins!! It was very cheap and very fun!! I am grateful for family Christmas traditions!
