Samantha got promoted!

Today was Samantha's promotion day. She is leaving kindergarten and going the first graders. She is so excited and asked me when next week she will be attending first grade. When I told her the news that infact she had two whole months of vacation, she was a bit bummed. The program was very cute, songs, picture slide show and of course the diploma. The teachers asked all the students what they wanted to be when they grew up and Samantha proudly said "I want to be a cowgirl and take care of lots of animals..especially horses." One of the other students said that he wanted to be a man so he could say bad words...the things kids say. haha We are proud of her and her accomplishments.

Packing nightmare...

...why would someone...a two year old little boy to be exact....think that I need the things that I put in the box out of the box? And then proceed to open everything that can be opened in that box? Wesley is about to be sold....
I suggest to never move with a two year old. Poor Dave came home and got the "I am soooo glad you are home" look..and he wanted to run away I am sure of it! Like a good Dad..he came in and took them away....I hope this moving stuff is almost over....sigh...(:

SEA WORLD!!!!!

We love Sea World and have year passes. The kids love it there..and it typically is a bit cooler than Moreno Valley..so a nice escape from the heat. Wesley goes around singing the song for the Shamu splash...its really cute. He even does the hand motions. The last time we went it was just Sammie, Welsey, and me...the "big boys" were on a 4x4 trip. Sammie tried the bungie jump and loved it! Welsey wanted to go on too, but he isnt old enough. We tried winning prizes..but our Dad is the one that is good at that. I win at basketball, but he wins at everything else. We had alot of fun! At Shamu rocks, Sammie sat i nthe very front row..and well....got soaked!

Easter

This picture of Wesley is my favorite. He is so sweet. I was amzed that I captured what I saw...soemtimes I miss the moment. But he is so special to us and we are grateful to have him. The kids are getting so big and independent. They are beautiful kids and I am so proud of them. Easter was fun...the usual. Easter eggs, food, and family.

Dylans cake

This was Dylans first time at making a cake for the Blue and Gold dinner in Scouts. It was a team effort and it went very well!!! We had alot of fun making the cake and decorating it. I alos found out that I CAN work with fondant and now I am not afraid of it so much. Dylan was so proud of his cake. I was glad that we had to chance to do the cake together.

Where does the time go?

I have no time of my own it seems and it goes by too dang quick...it is now June and I have posted ummm...nothing. So here is the start of my new blog. It starts in June. lol. I posted some pics of what we have been up to.....enjoy!
