Girlfriends

When we were in Cali, I was able to see two of my great friends...friends you keep forever. I love these girls! We were able to get our kids and hubbies together for dinner...luckily they all like each other too! (; I was so glad they cleared their schedules for us! And we were so lucky..they made us the BEST steaks!! Oh my goodness they were so yummy! Good work Trent! I miss them and wish I could've taken them back to Idaho with me!!

Samantha music concert

Samantha had a music concert one night....I felt so bad because Dave and I sat through it wondering when it would be over. She was of the highlight of the performance and it was so fun to see her shine!! The songs they sang were about different composers and with basic tones and notes, the classes wrote the music to the lyrics...it was the most monotone thing I have ever heard!! I am glad she didnt hear us, and of course we would go again if she was in a concert!!...no matter what!! lol

Scouting

I know nothing about Scouts...ask me anything about Young Womens..but nothing about scouts. It has been great to have Dylan in Scouts so I can learn about the program. He loves it and really enjoys his scout leaders here in Idaho! I'm glad that he enjoys it and wants to participate..that is half the battle!! (: He is now a Weblo...Way to go Dylan!!

The aftermath ...

Wesley was looking forward to his birthday since it ended last year! lol (: But for the whole month when we had 3 birthdays before his, he just couldn't wait! The day of his birthday and party he had so much fun!! He played and played and played. He went to bed at a normal time and then he woke up...but he couldn't quite finish going down the whole flight of stairs...he stopped part way...

...so then I moved him to the couch so he would be out of the way of traffic and the stair just couldn't have been that comfy...and he passed out again....

...and again. He was like this ALL day long! Luckily it was Sunday and I was able to leave Dave with him so I could go to church with the other two. Wesley was totally wiped out!! He woke up to eat lunch, went back to sleep, woke up to eat dinner and then he went to bed for the rest of the night. He slept great that night too! I guess next year we will wait until the day of to tell him its his birthday!! (;

Happy Birthday Wes!!

So right after Samantha turned 8...Wesley turned 4!! February is a busy month for us! (; He chose to have a Thomas the Train party. Unfortunately I didnt have time to make a GRAND cake, so I took some track and one of his Thomas trains and put it on the cake. He loved it!! But I will not be showing it off any time soon!! (; I cannot believe my baby is 4! 4!!! He is so grown up! He definately give us a run for our money. He is full of energy and spunk. He is such a smart kid and we are so glad that he is ours!!

He is a heartbreaker!!!
