SuRpRiSe!!

I think that one of the worst expierences is buying a house...and it is the BEST! We were so glad to get the call from our realtor that told us to come and down sign for the house. And the BEST part was that we were going to be able to surprise our kids and show them what we bought! Talk about a SURPRISE!! We had such a fun night and after we showed them the hosue we went to Sizzler...yes Sizzler...and good job Caldwell Sizzler...it was YUMMY!! And we were surprised!! (: I am so glad that we surprised the kids and didn't tell them until we had the keys! I will never forget this night!

When I got back to Idaho after our visit to California I did a crash course in housing hunting with my realtor. It is funny how things fall in place when they should...and how they should when it is time. I saw many many houses..many of them so lovely and wonderful. But then I saw this one..and feel in love! And then after we put our bid on the house we waited patiently for the response...and our patience was tested a bit more...so we decided we were NOT telling ANYONE! Dave's Mom and Dad knew and my Mom knew...that was it. ANd it was hard, not even our kids knew!! Buying a house is like having amiscarriage nad if you have had a bad expierence the first go around then you learn to not say a word until you are 5 months pregnant or in the house officially!! (: And just so we are clear...I AM NOT PREGNANT!!

We have been so busy! Can't you tell?? haha But 2010 has been a great year nad I was happy to say bye to 2009...what a hard year for our family. But we are doing well and are happy! We love Idaho! We just miss our Cali friends dearly!!

New Moon

A few friends said I needed some fun on my blog! lol Too many "crying" posts! So here are a few of some fun that I am having...really! haha

Of course the best part of November besides turning 31 is New Moon!! I was so excited! And now I can't wait for Eclipse! I really loved New Moon and thought it was great! I realize that the actors are not the best of the best, but I love having a visual of the books that I love! I went with my friend Rebecca and she took me to a party before the midnight viewing on the 20th! I had so much fun and am so glad we were able to hang out for the night until wee hours of the morning! Here are a few pics ...we took other pics, but I am waiting on those...and they will not disappoint! haha I so missed my Cali friends and wished that I was able to fly down there to watch the movie and be with everyone..but I was there in spirit...thank goodness for texting!!

I do not know the girl who threw the New Moon party..but she did a great job! It was alot of fun!!

This guy...darn him! He opened the door and growled as he jumped in the doorway! He scared us all and we all screamed! Bec threw her phone...sorry I had to tell! haha He was "Jacob" and we all had to howl at the moon...the best howl got the New Moon soundtrack! So fun!

I was so proud of Rebecca for playing this game! They went around and fed them and they had to guess what they were eating. Not a game for me..the picky eater.

Idaho first snow...

...at least for us. This was the second snow for Idaho this year but we were in California. It didn't stick but we had fun running around in it for a few minutes. It is suppossed to snow tonight...so hopefully we will have some more fun pictures to share soon!
